My parents will not let me go on dates with boys. They won't even let me group date. The fifth grade end-of-year dance is coming up and I am
not allowed to go. All the other kids are
there with their steady boyfriends. I have a
steady boyfriend but it's a secret from my parents. He wants me to go to
the dance. He will break up with me if I don't go.
How can I convince my parents that I have to go? Need your advice, Mate. Thanks for your
help.
The fifth grade end-of-year dance is an important part when you are student. Usually it is held on the end of the year, at the holiday, so all the student are able to come.
ReplyDeleteYour parents must be very protect you from outside because they even let you go date with some guys. I think your parents doing it because they think you are still a young so they don’t allow you to go date.
As your parent not let you go a date, you’re doing it secretly from them, it makes their worries getting higher.
Because you have to go to the fifth grade end-of-year dance, you have to convince your parents so they will let you go. How to convince them is by make them trust you that you can guard yourself so they don’t have to worry about you.
Well mate, I know that what you are facing is a difficult problem. Your choices made you confuse which one is the best for you, do what your parents want or break up by your boyfriend.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, your mother your father give good action, may be they do not want you have a date first, with anyone, they want you concentrate with your study. Make them proud it is good. However you are still young. You want like the other, who have same age with you. Hang out, have a date, talk all day, etc, even join in the dance party.
If you think, join the dance party is not influencing your study just tell your parents. Everything will be O.K. Keep your promise, you still be good in your class though you join with your friends, jhang out with them.
Yeah, it’s such a problem that usually comes to teenagers. We want to socialize with our friends but there’s no permission.
ReplyDeleteAccording to me, our parents have reasons for not allowing us to do something. The example is your parents that don’t allow you to go on dates. They have reasons for not allowing you to go on dates with boys or in group. Our parents want everything that is the best for us. They want us have very good future and live happily in the future.
You must know why your parents don’t let you go on dates. You must make them sure that you will be okay on there because you have been mature and the people come to the event are your friends so it’s safety. You must prove that your achievement will not be disturbed by joining the event, even your achievement will be more than before. You must also do your parents’ advices, such as you must go home before 10 p.m.
Date with our lovely person is something special in our life, Mate. All of us, especially teenagers will feel the same thing.
ReplyDeleteSometimes, our parent still assume us as child. So we may not go on date even group dates. But in the fact date is promise between us and our honey. Although he/she is a secret from our parent, we must go to date because it is promise.
If you have this problem you should convince your parent that now you have boyfriend. I think if you tell the truth, they will give you the permission.
Wooow Mate, it is an interesting story.You have to say the truth to your mom. It is simple, you just make your mom know your condition. Or you can ask for you to see dance

But do not often lie. you should follow your parents. you have to do with the abundance of their selfish at least if you are with your parents. you will feel comfortable. Good to talk to your parent is important, so you should be honest to your mother.
Also, you have to let them know about your boyfriend, and make them sure that your boyfriend will guard you so your parents can trust you to him.
